Employee Spotlight: Tabitha Cavalieri

Meet Tabitha.

Tabitha Cavalieri is our Senior Client Services Representative with 20+ years of experience with Comsearch, she supervises our client services department and is responsible for client account maintenance. For many of our clients Tabitha is their first point of contact at Comsearch and she always makes an amazing first impression. 

What do you love about working in your industry?

“I find it unique that no two files are the same. There’s no cookie cutter way of going about things; it comes down to expertise and team work. It feels good knowing we are a part of helping find resolutions to a problem.”

How would you describe your day to day at Comsearch?

“My day-to-day at work is always different, which I like. For me, there are different tasks that are done throughout the month; It’s never boring.”

What’s something you miss about being in the office?

“As cliché as this sounds, I truly do miss the “water cooler” chats with co-workers. Getting to know people better. The in-office parties were always a lot of fun too, especially Halloween!”

What TV show are you currently binging?

The Office. Always. Yes, I realize it ended in 2013. No, I have no plans to stop my re-watching.

When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?

“I value time with my family more than anything in this world. Sometimes that means relaxing poolside or at the beach. Other times, it means holding my breath and saying a prayer as my kids try crazy stunts on the uneven bars.”

What’s a fun fact your employees might not know about you?

“I love photography and editing. I’ve taken over 5000 photos this year alone.”

What was your first job?

“Wait for it… Comsearch! It started off as just a few hours a week while I was in school. I’ve held other jobs in between, but Comsearch offered room to grow. And we both have!”
