6 years

2. What do you love about working in your industry?

I can honestly say that I love the constant opportunity to learn something new and grow, as well as the competitive and efficient atmosphere.

3. What is it like to work for Comsearch?

The team and staff that we have work together to accomplish our goals in an effective, efficient and timely manner. Having spent time working as both a Procheck Auto Analyst and a Procheck Subrogation Analyst I’ve had the opportunity to see first-hand how each department contributes to the success of the other and how important it is that we are all on the same page. This starts with our onboarding process.

Taking on the Training Supervisor position has given me the opportunity to really focus on preparing our new hires for any possible situation they may come across and effectively transitioning them into our team here at Comsearch. Overall our company is ever-changing and working here is a group effort as much as it is a personal one.

4. What is something you find unique about Comsearch?

The most unique thing about Comsearch to me is our ability to adapt and change quickly for our clients’ needs and needs of the industry.

5. How would you describe your day to day at Comsearch?

When I am conducting new hire training, the day begins with a quick check-in with my trainee team to ensure that everyone understands the goal of that day’s teaching. While conducting training, I make time to support post-training analysts with questions or assist the management team with client requests. Although my day-to-day mainly revolves around training and coaching initiatives, I may step into other roles to help and assist my fellow colleagues.

6. What’s something you miss about being in the office?

What I miss most about being in office was the face-to-face interaction. It is easier to help people when you can see their reactions and body language.

7. What TV show are you currently binging?

Right now I am currently binging Bridgerton on Netflix.

8. When you’re not working, how do you like to spend your time?

When I’m not working you may find me playing some video games. However, I much prefer to be outside or at a music venue. I also have three dogs with my partner that I often spend time with.

9. Before COVID-19 where was your favorite place to take a client out for lunch?
